Hello FCSIFErs!
I'm incredibly excited about this year! FCSIFE has been working hard and has come up with some great projects and improvements on existing projects...it's going to be amazing! We've been coming up with new ways to help the community through the Westside Market--our highlighted project from last year. Rebecca and I have also been working hard on Kids' Marketplace, which is scheduled to take place Saturday November 17th.--it's night of lights so if you're in the area stop by. In addition to the exciting events we have planned, FCSIFE has numerous new students this year, all of whom have jumped into event planning and leadership roles.
FCSIFE attended the Wal-Greens training conference two weekends ago and everyone seems excited and energized to begin working toward a successful year. I can't wait to see what innovative ideas we are able to pull off! See you at regionals in Orlando!!!
